These rules apply to everyone who uses Famoka: creators, brands, their teams and visitors. They sit alongside the Creator terms, the Brand terms and the Disclosure policy.
1. Don't cheat
- Don't make sales or clicks that are not real. That includes buying through your own link or the link of someone you control, click farms, automated or incentivised clicks, cookie stuffing, and anything that makes a visit look like it came from a link when it didn't.
- Don't bid on a brand's name in paid search, or run a kind of traffic a programme doesn't allow, such as PPC, cashback, coupons or sub-networks, where the programme's rules forbid it.
- Don't create more than one account for a person to get around a limit, a refusal or a ban.
We detect these things, hold the earnings they affect, and can claw back money that came from them. Money is withheld only for confirmed fraud or a breach, decided by a person, with a reason and a way to appeal.
2. Don't mislead
- Don't fake creators, reviews, testimonials, followers, earnings or counts.
- Don't hide that content is promotional. Follow the Disclosure policy.
- Don't pretend to be someone else, or a brand or creator you don't represent, or claim a connection to us that you don't have.
3. Don't harm
- Don't promote or sell anything illegal, or anything that puts people at risk, such as counterfeit goods, weapons, or products that are unsafe or banned where you sell them.
- Don't post content that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or that threatens or incites violence.
- Don't infringe other people's rights, including copyright, trade marks and privacy.
- Don't send spam, or message people who haven't agreed to hear from you, to promote Famoka links.
4. Don't break the service
- Don't try to get into accounts, systems or data that aren't yours, or probe the service for weaknesses without our written permission. If you find a security problem, tell us at [email protected].
- Don't scrape or collect data from Famoka by automated means, or use creator data in ways the platforms it came from forbid.
- Don't get around limits, bot checks, rules or restrictions, and don't overload the service.
- Don't sell, rent or share your account.
5. What we do about it
- Depending on how serious it is, we may ask you to stop or change something, remove a link, code, page or listing, pause a programme, or suspend or close an account.
- We tell you what we have done and why, except where the law stops us or telling you would help someone abuse the service. Creators and brands can appeal by writing to [email protected].
- Where the law requires, we report illegal activity to the authorities.

To report content, a link or an account that breaks these rules, write to [email protected] with the address of the page and what is wrong.
