A worked example
Say a brand pays creators 10% of each sale. Our fee is 15% of that reward, so the brand pays 11.5% of the sale in total.
| How the cost of a 100.00 sale is split | Amount |
|---|---|
| Sale | 100.00 |
| Creator's reward (10% of the sale) | 10.00 |
| Our fee (15% of the reward) | 1.50 |
| The brand pays in total (11.5% of the sale) | 11.50 |
Our fee is added to the reward, not taken from it, so creators keep the full reward the brand sets.
Paid content
Paid briefs cost 10% on top of the creator's payment. Each brief is funded before work starts, and money that isn't spent is refunded.

How billing works
- Commission is charged weekly, after sales are approved.
- Each paid brief is funded before work starts and set aside for that brief.
- There's no prepaid wallet.
- You pay in US dollars, euros or pounds.
How creators are paid
Payouts go through Stripe, twice a month, once a balance reaches 20 in the creator's payout currency. Money becomes available when the brand has approved the sale, a hold of 14 days has passed and the brand or network has paid us.
Questions people ask
Is there a monthly fee?
No. There's no monthly, set-up, seat or payout fee, and no fee on sales. You pay a percentage of the rewards creators earn.
Do creators pay anything?
No. Creators pay nothing to join, to promote brands or to get paid, and they're never shown our fee.
Why does the fee go on top?
So creators keep what the brand sets. Our fee is added to the reward, not taken out of it.
What about brands that work with you through a network?
A brand that only runs a network programme pays us nothing: the network pays us a commission, and creators get 75% of it.
Can the rates change?
We can agree a different rate with a brand in writing. A fee on a reward is fixed when the reward is created and doesn't change afterwards.
