What do you charge?
15% of each reward, added on top, so creators keep what you set. There's no monthly, set-up or seat fee.
Should rewards last for as long as the customer pays?
It's the strongest offer to creators, but it's open-ended for you. A share of every payment for a set number of months is the usual middle ground.
What if a customer cancels or asks for a refund?
Rewards follow the payments: no payment, no reward. Each payment's reward waits for your approval, and a refund before then cancels or reduces it.
