How you review decides whether creators come back. Fast, fair answers with reasons build a programme; slow ones and silent declines empty it.
Conversions
- You have your approval window to approve or decline each sale or lead: from 7 to 90 days, 30 unless you set another. Each payment of a subscription has its own window.
- Something still unanswered when its window ends is approved.
- A decline needs a reason, and the creator sees it.
- A refund or a lost dispute inside the window declines or reduces that payment's reward on its own. After approval nothing is taken back.
- If you suspect fraud (self-purchase, fake signups, bidding on your name), decline with that reason and tell us: our staff look into it, and confirmed fraud can be held and clawed back.
Paid work
- Review each deliverable within 5 business days; if you don't, it's approved.
- Ask for changes against the brief's written requirements, up to its revision rounds.
- A rejection must name a requirement the work missed.
- Work rejected after the revisions is paid a kill fee of 50% of the fee.
- A creator can dispute a rejection, and our staff decide.
Answer quickly
Creators watch their sales wait for your answer. Approving within days rather than at the end of the window costs you nothing extra and keeps them making content for you instead of someone else.
Say thank you with the reward
When a creator does well, move them to a better group or offer a retainer. It costs less than finding a new one.
